Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Apothecary et al, the purchaser agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

Customers: As an importer and distributor, Apothecary et al sells products exclusively to retail stores throughout Australia and New Zealand. Third party sales to other retailers are strictly prohibited. Product is sold for resale at retail only and may not be redistributed at wholesale. Buyer's shipping address is the sole site authorized for retail sale as specified on the order form only. Any other location must be pre approved in order to protect existing customers.

Payment: All opening orders are proforma (prepaid). Accepted methods of payment include cheque made out to "Apothecary et al", direct deposit, Visa and Mastercard. Payments by credit card will incur an additional 2% credit card fee. If credit card information is provided as the payment method, the card will be charged without notification for all orders. All opening orders are firm and irrevocable.

Trading Terms: At the discretion of Apothecary et al, strict net 30 day credit terms (from invoice date) may be extended for orders. This is subject to the approval of a credit application form. Please allow up to 21 days for processing. Non adherence to Apothecary et al trading terms will result in the account reverting immediately to proforma.

Minimum Order Requirements: Depending on the brand purchased, a minimum order requirement will apply. Apothecary et al reserves the right to change the minimum purchase amounts at any time without notice.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change any time without notice.

Freight: A delivery charge will be added to all orders. All pricing on order forms does not include freight. Freight is calculated according to size and weight of the order and the destination. We cannot deliver to a PO Box.

Damages: Claims for faulty goods, shortages or errors in shipments must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods direct to Apothecary et al. Goods will not be accepted if returned for any reason without prior approval. Apothecary et al reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns. Claims are not accepted after 7 days. Apothecary et al does not refund for incorrect choice. Credit notes are given only.

Cancellations and order reductions must be made in writing within one week of submitting original order. Orders cancelled after the one week window will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Any delay in delivery does not entitle the buyer to cancel or refuse delivery. Apothecary et al is not required to notify customer prior to shipping.

All prices quoted on order forms and invoices are in Australian dollars.

All materials contained on this website, including but not limited to text, articles, images, logos, button icons and the selection and arrangement thereof are protected by copyright law. These materials may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, broadcast or incorporated into any other website without the prior written permission of Apothecary et al. However you may electronically copy and print single copies of material from Apothecary et al site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not alter or remove any trademark, copyright or other notice from such copies. Use of Images: Use of product images including those displayed on this website is strictly prohibited unless prior written authorization is gained from Apothecary et al.

The internationally registered 2 peas in a pod ® with the pea pod with two smiley faces design trademark is protected by international trademark laws. This trademark may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not offered by 2 peas in a pod pty ltd in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, or in any manner that disparages 2 peas in a pod.
